Lymphatic Drainage Massage

What is it?

Lymphatic Massage is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

How Does It Work?

The lymphatic system is part of the circulatory system. It is a secondary pathway to the heart, parallel to the venous system.

It is the body's waste disposal system. It clears away bacteria, cell debris, excess water, proteins and wastes from the connective tissue and returns it to the bloodstream for ultimate removal by the kidneys.
